Tools

What tools are included in the Evolve University tools tier?

Twelve tools built for real estate work: listing copy, shot lists, offer comparisons, transaction timelines, inspection summaries, showing routes, follow-up sequences, and commission math. They are $49 a month on their own, and they are included with Pro at $99 a month, which adds all twenty one courses.

Workflows

What is a workflow?

A tool answers one request. A workflow chains several tools and feeds each step the output of the last, so the positioning decided in step one still holds in step four. You describe the situation once and get a finished package. Workflows are on the Operator plan.

  • New listing launch

One property in, a complete launch package out.

    4 steps
  • Inspection response

A first reply and the five touches that follow it.

Questions

What else do people ask?

What is included in the tools tier?

Twelve tools built for real estate work: listing description, listing launch, shot list, video storyboard, social hooks, offer comparison, transaction timeline, inspection summary, showing route, follow-up sequence, client message, and commission math.

How much does it cost?

$49 a month for the tools on their own, or $490 a year, which is two months free. The tools are also included with Pro at $99 a month, which adds all twenty one courses.

What is a workflow, and how is it different from a tool?

A tool answers one request. A workflow chains several tools and feeds each step the output of the last, so the positioning decided in step one still holds in step four. You describe the situation once and get a finished package instead of running six tools and stitching the results together.

What do the workflows cost?

Workflows are on the Operator plan at $199 a month, or $1,990 a year. Operator includes everything in Pro, so that is the courses and the tools as well.

Do these just wrap ChatGPT?

No. Each one is built for a specific job in a real estate practice and carries the rules that job needs, including a fair housing floor on anything that produces public copy and a refusal to state legal, tax, or lending conclusions. Every output ends by listing what it assumed rather than inventing the missing detail.

Is there a limit on how much I can use them?

Each plan carries a monthly run allowance, and a workflow uses one run per step. Failed runs are never counted against it.

Can I try the tools without paying?

Three courses are free forever with a free account. The tools themselves are on a paid plan.
